Molly
Registered Behavior Technician
Molly joined ACCL in 2023 and has been a Registered Behavior Technician in Mississippi for four years. She chose this career path to better support her friend's child following an autism diagnosis. With a background in education, Molly earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014 and later completed a master's degree before becoming a secondary and higher education teacher. She finished her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University and is currently studying to sit for the BCBA exam!

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys chasing after her toddler Samuel, playing board games with her husband Matt, relaxing with her dog Sadie, and exploring her home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She is thrilled to be part of the ACCL team!
Bailey
Registered Behavior Technician
Bailey joined ACCL early in 2024 and has been an RBT since 2023 in Alabama. She has previous experience providing behavior analytic services in a school setting. Bailey started her Bachelor's degree at Purdue Global in psychology. She is planning on continuing her education to get a master's in applied behavior analysis.

In her free time, Bailey loves spending time with her three kids, attending their many dance rehearsals and racing events and recently started learning how to crochet.
Julian
Registered Behavior Technician
Julian joined ACCL in May 2024. He has 1.5 years of experience as an RBT with us in Mississippi. He recently finished his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Tougaloo College and had prior experience as an intern at a different ABA company. We love his enthusiasm and how much fun he brings to his sessions!
Ciera
Registered Behavior Technician
Ciera joined the ACCL team in September 2024, and quickly picked up many of the tips and tricks of behavior analysis since becoming an RBT. Ciera consistently demonstrates out of the box thinking to help create the best sessions for her clients, and creates a welcome and enriching environment when working with kids of all ages. When not at the clinic, Ciera may be found at the gym, with her chickens, or with her dogs. ​
Teagan
Registered Behavior Technician
Teagan is one of our newest team members and has been an RBT for about 2 years! We love her enthusiasm for working with kids of all ages and are excited to have her with us!
Raegan
Registered Behavior Technician
Raegan joined our team in the fall of 2025 and is quickly picking up the skills to be an amazing behavior technician. We are so excited to have her with us!
Kendall
Registered Behavior Technician
Kendall joined our team in February of 2025. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in May 2024 with a bachelor's of science. Currently, Kendall is in graduate school at Arizona State University working on her masters in special education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. She expects to graduate in July of 2026 and continue her career in ABA.

Kendall used to live in Houston, Texas and is a native Texan. In her free time, she loves to cook!
Emma
Registered Behavior Technician
Emma joined ACCL in early spring of 2025. Emma brings fun and patience to her sessions and helps to make communication meaningful and fun. She is currently finishing up her Bachelor's degree and is expecting to graduate by the end of 2026. We are so glad to have Emma working with us!
Rhiannon
Registered Behavior Technician
Rhiannon joined our team at the beginning of 2026 and has quickly shown her ability to work with our early learners as a new RBT. We are excited to have her as one of our new RBTs and can't wait to see her skills continue to bloom!
Raven
Registered Behavior Technician
Raven joined ACCL this year in mid-spring. Raven has several years experience working with children, with this being her first position working as an RBT. Raven is currently working on her bachelor's degree and plans to pursue a graduate degree to continue working with people in need.
Chloe
Registered Behavior Technician
Chloe joined ACCL in late August of 2025. Chloe also graduated from Tougaloo College with a bachelor's degree in psychology. We love the energy she brings into the clinic each day and can always count on her to add musical flair to our day. We are so thankful to have her as part of our team!
Sydney
Registered Behavior Technician
Sydney joined ACCL in September of 2025. She has previous experience volunteering her time with her church's youth group outside of her previous job as a phlebotomist. Sydney excels at asking questions that are thoughtful about the field and that makes us see daily life from new perspectives.
Haley
Registered Behavior Technician
Haley joined ACCL in September of 2025. She previously worked in a daycare setting, and we are excited to have her learning ABA skills as she continues working with kids. She has quickly become loved by the clients she works with.
Autumn
Registered Behavior Technician
Autumn joined our team this spring and is quickly picking up the skills to be an excellent RBT! She is graduating with her Bachelor's degree this May and is planning to pursue her master's degree to become a BCBA. We can't wait to see how she continues to grow in the field!
Selina
Registered Behavior Technician
Selina joined ACCL at the very of 2025, and has been working with clients since the new year started. She is already demonstrating her ability to meet each client where they are at and having fun, learning-filled sessions with each one. We are grateful to have her as part of our team!
