Employee of the month: Kendall

We are excited to announce Kendall is our June employee of the month! Kendall joined ACCL this spring, and has quickly shown her passion and dedication to all things behavior analysis. She is constantly seeking to learn more about the science of behavior and how to best design programs and materials to meet the unique needs and interests of each client she works with. Kendall never misses a detail, and delivers high quality services that are engaging for every client she is with.

Kendall is currently working on her master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University and is expected to graduate in 2026. She is also gaining supervision hours she can work to become a BCBA. We are excited to be a part of her BCBA journey and greatly appreciate all the passion she brings to the field!

Molly

Registered Behavior Technician

Molly joined ACCL in 2023 and has been a Registered Behavior Technician in Mississippi for four years. She chose this career path to better support her friend's child following an autism diagnosis. With a background in education, Molly earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014 and later completed a master's degree before becoming a secondary and higher education teacher. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University and is on track to graduate in June 2025. Molly is gaining supervision hours at ACCL as she prepares to sit for the BCBA exam.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys chasing after her toddler Samuel, playing board games with her husband Matt, relaxing with her dog Sadie, and exploring her home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She is thrilled to be part of the ACCL team!

Bailey

Registered Behavior Technician

Bailey joined ACCL early in 2024 and has been an RBT since 2023 in Alabama. She has previous experience providing behavior analytic services in a school setting. Bailey recently started her Bachelor's degree at Purdue Global in psychology. She is planning on continuing her education to get a master's in applied behavior analysis.

In her free time, Bailey loves spending time with her three kids, attending their many dance rehearsals and racing events and recently started learning how to crochet.

Julian

Registered Behavior Technician

Julian joined ACCL in May 2024. He has almost 1 year of experience as an RBT with us in Mississippi. He recently finished his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Tougaloo College and had prior experience as an intern at a different ABA company. We love his enthusiasm and how much fun he brings to his sessions!

Ciera

Registered Behavior Technician

Ciera joined the ACCL team in September 2024, and quickly picked up many of the tips and tricks of behavior analysis since becoming an RBT. Ciera consistently demonstrates out of the box thinking to help create the best sessions for her clients, and creates a welcome and enriching environment when working with kids of all ages. When not at the clinic, Ciera may be found at the gym, with her chickens, or with her dogs.

Ciera plans to start her bachelor's degree in psychology this fall, and we are so excited that she plans to further her career within psychology! Whether she chooses to pursue becoming a BCBA or another psychology profession, we know she will be an excellent asset for her clients and will have a meaningful impact with those she works with.

Lynn

Registered Behavior Technician

Lynn has over 7 years of experience as an RBT in Alabama and we are excited to have her as a part of our team here in Mississippi!

Angel

Registered Behavior Technician

Angel joined our team in fall of 2024 and has been an RBT ever since. She completed her Bachelor's in psychology with a minor in applied behavior analysis from William Carey University in May 2024.

When not at the clinic, Angel can be found at the gym or doing arts and crafts. We admire her dedication both in and out of work!

Kendall

Registered Behavior Technician

Kendall joined our team in February of 2025. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in May 2024 with a bachelor's of science. Currently, Kendall is in graduate school at Arizona State University working on her masters in special education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis. She expects to graduate in July of 2026 and continue her career in ABA.

Kendall used to live in Houston, Texas and is a native Texan. In her free time, she loves to cook!

Emma

Registered Behavior Technician

Emma joined ACCL in early spring of 2025. She is new to ABA and quickly gained the skills to begin her career as an RBT. Emma brings fun and patience to her sessions and helps to make communication meaningful and fun. We are so glad to have Emma working with us!

Taliah

Registered Behavior Technician

Taliah also started with ACCL in early spring of 2025. She has 2 years of experience as an RBT prior to starting with us, and demonstrates a high level of skill and comfort with using ABA techniques. We are thankful to have her join us at ACCL!

Registered Behavior Technician

Raven joined ACCL this year in mid-spring. Raven has several years experience working with children, with this being her first position working as an RBT. Raven is currently working on her bachelor's degree and plans to pursue a graduate degree to continue working with people in need.
